- Training/information on the meaning and practical implications of the principle of equal pay for work of equal value;
- Professional analysis of current pay systems/grading structures to identify practices that may lead to equal pay challenges;
- Development of payment systems/grading structures tailor made to the needs of the organisation, while at the same time meeting the criteria for equal pay for work of equal value.
- Facilitating the introduction of necessary changes to current pay systems/grading structures with trade unions and/or employee representatives.
- Analysis of organisation's grading systems and pay structures
